But don’t just take my word for it. Here’s what some of my 150+ previous students say about their learning experience.

I found the course provided some really powerful & excellent techniques. The positions were explained very well, and I can’t wait to take this knowledge back to work with my clients. The presentation flowed really nicely; Shawne was always keeping his eye on us, working on perfecting the postures. This truly is the best workshop I have ever done.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Shawne Klassen, a registered massage therapist practicing in Alberta, Canada, for 26 years.

My introduction to Thai Yoga Massage was 25 years ago. After a 5 years stint as an RMT, I was dissatisfied and longed to expand my skillset.

My search took me to Thailand, and a life-changing journey started. I arrived in Bangkok and later moved to Chiang Mai in my quest for a guru that would teach me Thai Yoga Massage.

Thailand was full of pleasant and unpleasant surprises. From old men wanting me to marry their daughters to initially being a laughing stock among my colleagues and teachers.

I studied under Thai Massage masters at the Wan Dee School of Ancient Massage, Lek Chaia Massage School, and completed my internship at the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai.

I also studied at Wat Pho in Bangkok under Mr. Jan, a renowned and only living master who teaches the healing art of “Burmese style” massage.

I gained immense knowledge and took it back home to Canada. There, I started practicing Thai Yoga Massage and saw a tremendous response from my clients.
A few years later, I decided to spread this wealth of knowledge and started teaching Thai Yoga Massage.

My studies, retreats, and long experience as a practitioner and trainer have made me proficient in the mental and physical techniques of Thai therapy. It also gave me profound understanding of spiritual aspects.

In this course, I share my invaluable knowledge that I gathered over a lifetime. My generous approach to teaching would ensure you get the most out of every lesson.

Looking forward to seeing you inside.
